The University of the Pacific is partnering with Teach-Now so that you can receive a Master of Arts in Curriculum and Instruction Degree embedded with a multiple or single-subject California teaching credential, if needed.
The University of the Pacific/Teach-Now Program is an intense, accelerated nine-month program consisting of six months of online/virtual coursework and three months of field-based teaching in a classroom. If you are already a teacher, that is fine – you can go through this program while teaching. Our program is built on a highly interactive, collaborative, online platform. One instructor will work with no more than 12 candidates, forming a learning cohort. You will get graduate credit hours through courses assigned by the University of the Pacific culminating in a Master of Arts in Curriculum and Instruction Degree awarded by the University. Please see this FAQ for additional information.
Because of the unique nature of our partnership, we are offering this Master’s Degree and credentialing program for a total cost of $23,800. The University of the Pacific does offer Financial Aid.
